History of london in 4 drinks -
the history of london in 4 drinks
Book your place on the ‘virtual’ History of London in Four Drinks tasting experience. The event may be virtual but we do send you a box containing all of the components to your door. We will then meet online to enjoy an interactive and fun evening covering the history of tea, coffee, beer and gin.
You will be taken on a journey through fascinating tales of coffee houses, tea salons, pubs and drinking dens. Why are we known as the land of the “crappucino” and yet we had coffee houses before most of Europe? What exactly is the difference between ale, beer, bitter and stout? Is gin actually English or did we get some ginspiration from another country?
